How do I know ZOE is right for me?
We, at ZOE, recognize that each and every body works differently. That is why our initial consultation process is one of the most important steps! We pinpoint and identify what your body is telling you and we guide you on what your body will be thanking you!

How is ZOE Wellness different than other programs?
We use bioelectric impedance technology that provides body composition analysis to accurately assess each individual. We also use frequency resonance technology to allow a deeper look into the person’s biology in order to tailor more to the individual.
Secondly, our program not only helps with fat loss but the possibility of reducing the dosage of your medication, or better yet, getting Completely off medication by raising food intake awareness. This heightened awareness positively changes ones eating behaviors, etc.
Thirdly, you gain the knowledge through working with our health coaches. You learn how to portion out foods so one doesn’t overindulge often. It is important to plan ahead, knowing and understanding your eating schedule.
What is a Metabolic Report?
Our metabolic report is a tool we use to asses your entire body composition. This report will give you a detailed analysis of factors including total weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, visceral fat percentage, metabolic age, and more. We use this information to help map out your custom plan.
Is exercise a requirement to lose weight during the ZOE Wellness program?
Exercise is not required during the ZOE program. We actually encourage clients to avoid exercise but to stay physically active but means of moving their bodies through walking, riding their bike, gardening, washing cars, etc.
